There are women walking around with the most beautiful thick long hair and you are looking like - " that's how I want my hair ". Genetics is a huge factor in most cases, in plain terms, " Long hair runs in their family". Don't be discouraged be patient - because, you can have long hair with the right product and proper care.

You cannot simply try a product one day or one week and think that your hair will magically grow down your back - it is a process, it takes time and it will be sooooo worth it. The first thing you should do is change your thought process, instead of saying you want long hair - tell yourself that you want healthy hair, because healthy hair is the reason why your hair WILL grow and retain it's length.


10 HEALTHY HAIR TIPS

1. Create a healthy hair routine and try it for at least 3 months

2. Use only natural and organic products

that are made in small batches or made to order with names you can read on the label - because most store bought products have ingredients that are cancerous

3. Massage your scalp every night and/or morning with my organic hair growth oil - this helps to stimulate hair follicles and increase blood flow to the scalp which will help promote hair growth

4. Water, water and more water - this is key to hydration for your hair and body

5. Clip those ends every 3 months - this is key to helping your hair stay healthy

6. Low manipulation - try keeping your hair in protective styles longer and especially in winter

7. Winter months are the worst for hair breakage - wash n go's and twist - outs should be avoided - more braids or any other winter protective style

8. Always wet your hair before adding oil to it - if you add oil to dry hair, the oil will sit on top of your hair and this will have no benefit to your hair - Pay extra attention to hair that has color ( breakage is real in the winter)

9. Satin scarfs or satin pillow cases for sleeping
